Sarah Fielke has been quilting since she was six years old and has spent more than 25 years as a professional quilt designer, author, and teacher. An award-winning quilter, Sarah is internationally recognised for her distinctive whimsical style and her expertise in appliqué, inspiring quilters around the world to embrace creativity with confidence.

Sarah has written 20 quilting books, designed eight fabric collections, and collaborates with Aurifil to create thread collections that perfectly complement her designs. Her work is celebrated for its playful use of colour, thoughtful storytelling, and timeless appeal.

As an international teacher, Sarah is passionate about helping quilters of every skill level discover the joy of making. Her classes are known for being informative, encouraging, and fun, combining clear instruction with practical techniques and plenty of laughter. Whether introducing students to appliqué or helping them refine their skills, Sarah creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels inspired to learn and create.
