KYLIE O'MAHONY, QLD
Kylie was taught to sew by her grandfather at the age of six. In 2001, she took her first quilting workshop and by 2013 she had started selling bags and items at a local handmade market.
In 2016 saw the opening of her shop, Kaela’s Patch, and she began her teaching journey and started designing quilts and bags under the label Sewalicious Baker.
Kylie is drawn to contemporary traditionalist quilting and has a passion for quilted bag making.
Over the past couple of years, Kylie has won awards in the Queensland Quilters Guild Show.
