What is AQCThe Australasian Quilt Convention is Australia’s largest event dedicated specifically to quilting. This annual gathering presents quilters with opportunities to be involved on a number of levels.

1. Attend as an AQC Delegate – 2 Day and 4 day packages: A convention program of classes conducted by leading international and Australian tutors, catered lunches and social events operates over the four days and details are presented under ‘Convention Info’ tab on the website. 2. Attend as a day-visitor: Visitors wanting to attend for a day to shop with the best quilting and patchwork suppliers in the Expo, see the quilts in the Quilt Show, and take part in a short workshop can do so by simply purchasing a ticket at the door when they arrive, or online to save time. Hours are: 10am to 4.30pm daily.

3. Come to the social events: Day visitors are also invited to attend the AQC social events such as the Welcome Cocktail Party, Gala Dinner and Thursday and Friday evening presentations.
