What are the opening times?
The show will be open from 10am to 4.30pm daily.
Is there a map of AQC with a list of all the stall names?
There will be a map published closer to the event.
Can I pre-purchase my tickets online?
Yes, you can purchase your ticket online to avoid the queue. Click on the BUY TICKETS button at the top of the page.
Can I use my EFTPOS/Credit Card at the venue?
Many exhibitors accept EFTPOS and credit card payments and most venues have an ATM. However you may need to pay cash for your ticket into the fair.
Are there seats available for the Thursday & Friday evening lectures?
Yes, you can still purchase evening lecture tickets (tickets are $49 each) please visit the on-site Help Desk in the foyer of the Royal Exhibition Building.
Are there places available for the Saturday evening AQC Gala Dinner?
Yes, you can purchase places at the Gala Dinner (tickets are $129 each), please visit the on-site Help Desk in the foyer of the Royal Exhibition Building.
Are there any Convention Class Packages available (to be booked online or by phone)?

Please ask permission before taking photographs. Expertise Events strongly supports the protection of intellectual property rights and copyright law, and unauthorised photography is prohibited. Before taking photos of display and products please ask permission of the stand-holder. Expertise Events reserves the right to take photos of our events and the attendees.
Is there somewhere I can leave my coat and bag?
There is an attended cloak room at the Help Desk where you can leave your bags and coats for just $2 per item.
What type of food is available?
Full café facilities are available for visitors.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes you can.
Can I hire a wheelchair?
No, there is no wheelchair hire
Do you accept government issued ‘Companion Cards’, so that my carer can assist me through the event?
Yes, we do accept the government Companion Card when a disabled person has purchased their own ticket to enter a show but requires a companion/carer with them at all times to assist them around the show. Companions enter free of charge. You can buy tickets online or at the door.
Can I drive and where would I park?
Yes – Melbourne Museum is the closest parking. More info on the Getting to AQC page.

Is there an ATM?
Yes – once you are inside the show there is an ATM
Do you give pass-outs?
Yes you can get a day pass out to return later the same day – just see security at the entry.
Where are the toilets?
There are two lots of toilets including disabled toilets – one near the workshops and one near the quilt show on the AQC expo floor.
Can I use the toilets without paying an entry fee?
No, but there are toilets located opposite in the Melbourne Museum.
Is there a lift?
Yes, there is lift access to the delegate classroom level – this are is not open to the general public.
Is there places to sit and rest?
Yes there is lots of café seating available for a rest stop.
